1. Information We Process

StyleSnap processes the following information:

  • Outfit photos: sent to our server for AI analysis and not stored after the analysis is done.
  • Device information, app usage and crash logs: used to improve the app and fix errors.
  • IP address: used briefly to block excessive requests, and not stored.
  • Subscription status: used to check Pro access. Payments are handled by Apple and Google; we never receive your payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information only to:

  • Provide AI outfit analysis and style tips
  • Recommend products that match your style tips
  • Display advertisements
  • Keep the app stable and prevent abuse

3. Data Retention

Photos are used only for analysis and are not stored on our servers. Anthropic, which performs the analysis, does not use API data to train its models and deletes it after a limited period under its own policy. Analysis results and history are stored only on your device and are removed when you delete the app.

4. Service Providers

We rely on the following providers to run the service. Each follows its own privacy policy.

  • Anthropic (Claude): outfit photo analysis
  • Cloudflare: app server hosting
  • Google Firebase: usage analytics, crash reports, app settings
  • Google AdMob: advertisements (on iOS, the advertising identifier is used only if you allow it)
  • RevenueCat: subscription management
  • Coupang Partners and AliExpress: product recommendations. We send only style keywords, never your photo. Tapping a product opens that store, and its own policy applies from there.

International transfer: each time you request an analysis, your outfit photo is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to Anthropic, PBC in the United States (privacy@anthropic.com) for outfit analysis, and is deleted within 30 days under Anthropic's policy. Cloudflare, Google and RevenueCat also process the information above outside your country (e.g. in the United States). If you do not want photos sent, do not use the analysis feature.
